Creamy Guacamole

Guacamole

Isn’t guacamole just one of your favourite things in the world? I mean, it just goes with everything! At least in my world it does. I looove avocados that are just perfectly ripe and just adding them to everything and anything.

But as simple as it can be to make a guacamole sometimes people feel like they need to add all these different ingredients to make them taste better – you really don’t! Use flavours and ingredients that compliments the avocado, not cover them up.

This recipe is really simple – like it should be. Only contains a few basic ingredients that most people have in their household.

The recipe is: gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, egg-free, grain-free, nut-free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  • Freshly grounded pepper & Pink Rock Salt

Directions:

  1. Take the avocado, half it, remove the stone, criss/cross the meat so it’s easier to scoop out of the avocado shell and add to a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork, but don’t mash it so it’s completely smooth. It’s nice with a chunkier guacamole.
  3. Add the chopped parsley, lemon juice, chilli flakes and start tasting it with pepper and salt.
  4. Easy – enjoy with all your favourite dishes

Leave them I between fruit or out the in a bag with kiwis. If you do the bag trick and leave them somewhere slightly warm they should be ripe in a few hours :)
